I just bought an ESP F-50, black. is this a good instrument? i play metal if that helps.

It looks like a great guitar. ESP has high quality standards, even with reasonable prices. You will like the humbuckers, a smooth fast 24 fret neck, and a good solid tune-o-matic bridge, strings through body plus killer looks! Congratulations & welcome to the forum!
