Orright.
I just got a Jackson DR7 (pic).

The stock pickups aren't as chunk as I'd like - I want something with a bit more bite.
Here is quick a clip of the guitar (*Poop* midi drums underneath, no bass) to give you an idea.

I want something a bit... sharper and more 'evil', but with a nice enough frequency response so that when I'm playing clean it sounds nice ALL that way from the lower notes (I play down to G) to the very highest. Dun want any muddiness.

And yes - a pre-EQ would be good but I'm getting one of those too, later.. I'm starting with the pickups for the moment. Smile
Any suggestions?
