New guy here.....

I am sort of a "reborn" guitar player. Started in 1966 and took lessons, played in a couple bands and sort of dropped it in the late 70's. Picked it up again in January when my 7 year old son started guitar lessons. I've really gotten back into playing. I've picked up....and sold a number of guitars, looking for what I really like. I'm in the process of figuring that out.

What I have now:
69 Guild Studio 302 (Hoboken build...parents bought it for me new in 69)

04 Ernie Ball Musicman Sub1 HH w/trem
Jackson Performer PS4 (up for sale)
00 Ovation S771 Balladeer
OLP copy of EBMM Benji Madden sig
Stagg X400BK (death metal guitar for other son)

I play mostly rock to metal. Some acoustic Clapton and Chilis. I mostly gravitate to AC/DC, Van Halen, Slash stuff but really like the Chili Peppers for the guitar work. Currently working towards unloading a few of the guitars and picking up an Ernie Ball Musicman Axis.
