|
|
So I'm lookin at getting a new guitar, I was skimmin through the Guitar Center Magazine and well this Epiphone Package catches my eye. My first question is how good is this Epiphone Les Paul II Special?
http://www.guitarvision.com/mf/mf_frameset.htm
Another question is, I noticed it was priced 149 to 199. So what makes the difference in the price?
I'm nowhere close the greatest guitarist in the world, nor am I the richest. So how is this guitar? I'm a fender player... But I love that Les Paul sound. I look at an Epi a step up from a Squier. Is that a good conjecture?
Now my knowledge on barganing guitars is limited, but is this a good buy? And if not what is? Max cash 250... Ebay is an option of course. But my question is for the circumstances that I have mentioned. So I would like some advice. thanx. |

This was my first guitar. I played squier, and a couple of others in its price range, and this little axe blew them away!!!!!!
It really is a bang for the buck, however for just a hundred more bucks you could get a LP 100, and for not much more you can get a real fender. I personally don't care for fender, but that's just a personall thing. You might want to look at ESP guitars and Jackson guitars too. They make pretty good guitars for the money. Metallica uses ESP guitars. |
